The Freeholder and Ground Rent

The Freeholder of 1 Pepys Street is Parkbrace Limited but since the formation of the RTM company all ‘Landlord’ responsibilities are dealt with by Pepys Street RTM Company Limited.

All notices should be sent to the Company Secretary

With effect from 1 August 2018, Ground Rent is collected by Epic Property Asset Management Ltd (EPAM) on behalf of Parkbrace Limited.

It is payable twice a year on 1 January and 1 July.
